The children are given good shelter, clothing, medical and education facilities, and a secure home where they are cared for, guided, and nurtured by the housemother. SOFKIN supports 70 children in its home, of which 33 are boys and 37 are girls.

A Virtual Show that featured the children of SOFKIN!
RHYTHM 2020, held on Saturday, September 19th, was an amazing success, thanks to all of you that attended and watched the show, donating so generously
that we’ve almost reached our goal for this event. With this being a virtual event we had a global audience with over 750 attendees engaged throughout the show.
The virtual celebration was so well received with enthusiastic feedback. The show was opened with a welcome address from our board member,
Mr. Raju Kakani, followed by the updates from Chaya Pamula, the founder of SOFKIN.
Many of our SOFKIN children worked hard to present beautiful dance performers and live interaction through panel discussions.
The celebrity singers from the USA and India brought much more energy to the event!
Our SOFKIN team India, Youth group, and PamTen volunteers did a beautiful job keeping everything organized and running smoothly.
SOFKIN’s success wouldn’t be possible without our longstanding donors and child sponsors from the USA and India.

The children are given food, medical attention, clothing, education, a safe home, and above all, the they are given the utmost love, care, and encouragement
that nurtures their dream for a better life and future. Without SOFKIN, many of these children would be starving, abused, or would not make their next birthday.
The SOFKIN mission is to "Support the upbringing of under privileged children, irrespective of name or nationality, caste or creed, race or religion by
providing basic amenities, education, and medical aid in a secure and healthy environment".
During RHYTHM 2019, donors that attended were thanked with plaques showing the new SOFKIN homes.
Their continuous generosity and support has made the growth of the organization possible. Event sponsors also received plaques for the
encouragement and help in bringing RHYTHM 2019 to life. Special thanks were given to India Life TV for their promotion of the event.
Chaya also thanked all of the long time SOFKIN sponsors and RHYTHM volunteers for their continued support and efforts to make this
charitable event a success.
All of the money raised at this event goes directly to support the children! The new,
spacious homes in India are finally completed and the children have moved in. SOFKIN is now able to be a home for over 100 children,
as well as providing a broader range of recreation and living space. To accommodate being able to accept additional children, this year’s
RHYTHM, and the campaign that will continue through the end of the year, is focusing on gaining new Child Sponsors. For just $60 a month,
a child receives all of the care and love of a big, nurturing family. Sponsors know that are making an immense impact on a child’s life,
one that will change their perspective for years to come. To find out more about being a Child Sponsor visit Sponsorship page
